Instructions
Deep-fry the fish patties in a mixture of fat with some butter.
Peel the potatoes and cube them. Cook them in salted water until half-done, and then add some zucchini cubes. Cook until fully done and drain, but keep and set aside one decilitre of the cooking water. Crush the potatoes and zucchini with a fork and season with salt, pepper, diced garlic and olive oil. Add some of the cooking water if the mixture feels too dry and then mix in the rocket, which you had previously washed and torn up into smaller pieces by hand.
Serve with the deep-fried fish patties and a side of heavy sour cream.

- 8 fish patties
- ½ kg potato that is best suited for boiling
- 1 zucchini
- 100 g rocket
- garlic
- olive oil
- heavy sour cream
