Fishnuggets Classic with Potatoes, Broccoli, and Zucchini

Prepare the Fishnuggets Classic according to the instructions on the packaging.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, then cook them in lightly salted water. Prepare the broccoli by cutting it into florets. Cut the zucchini into quarters, remove the spongy center, and chop the flesh into pieces slightly larger than the potatoes.

When the potatoes are almost fully cooked, add the broccoli and zucchini pieces. Cook everything together until the potatoes are completely soft, while the broccoli and zucchini remain slightly firm (“al dente”). Drain the vegetables, season them with finely chopped garlic, and drizzle with olive oil. Lightly salt and pepper, then gently mix everything.

Before serving, drizzle the Fishnuggets Classic with a few drops of lemon juice.

  • 2 medium-sized red potatoes
  • 1 small broccoli
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
