Instructions
Deep-fry the fish nuggets in a mixture of fat with some butter.
Wash the lettuce and tear it up by hand. Slice the vegetables and cut the tomatoes in half.
Mix one spoonful of mustard with one spoonful of honey and add some lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, linseed oil and a sprinkle of salt. Mix until emulsified.
Season the lettuce with the dressing, decorate with the vegetables and add the fried nuggets.
