Instructions
Deep-fry the fish nuggets in a mixture of fat with some butter. Season the heavy sour cream with salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped chives and some pumpkin seed oil.
Decorate the fried nuggets with herbs and diced vegetables to your liking and then serve on top of the spiced heavy sour cream.
Ingredients:
- 12 fish nuggets
- 100 g heavy sour cream
- lemon
- pumpkin seed oil
- chives
- radishes, lemon, cucumbers, capers, fresh herbs, chilli peppers for decoration
