Two hundred years after the publication of the first Croatian printed cookbook by priest and professor Ivan Birling, “Nova z-skup szlozena zagrebecha szokachka kniga”, two young chefs, Dragan Dragojlović-Gaga and Tomislav Škunca-Škuf, in cooperation with PP Orahovica, decided to show how he can still eat well and healthily today.

Wine and fish

Surprise your taste buds with a combination of fish and top wines! Serve Martin Albus rose as an aperitif, and with appetizers such as canapés with smoked fish spread, you won’t go wrong if you serve Graševina premium from Orahovac. If you choose a dish of breaded fish in combination with a side dish of vegetables, an excellent choice of wine is Martin Albus Pinot gray. If you decide on a traditional dish such as carp on a fork, serve it with the excellent Silvanac zeleni from Orahovac. Serve Martin Albus Chardonnay with breaded horseshoe carp, and pair the fish-like dish with Frankovka from Orahovac. Good luck and good health!
